Edha does not offer refunds or exchanges on any items unless they are deemed faulty.
Please note that when dealing with hand block printed and naturally dyed items, there will always be a degree of imperfection in each design. If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving order. It is upto the discretion of Edha will determine, in its discretion, whether or not this is a legitimate fault. Typically, small printed imperfections and dye lot variations are not considered a fault and will not result in a refund or exchange.
In the event the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item if it is in stock. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase.
All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in its original packing with tags intact.
Edha has no returns policy on sale items.
